"Grotesque feat. Amuro Namie" is the 36th single released by Hirai Ken. It was released in 3 versions: two limited CD+DVD editions and a regular CD-Only edition. "Kikyōgaoka" was previously released as a digital single one year earlier, meanwhile "Aozora Sanka" was used as the Japanese Red Cross Society 2013 Blood Donation campaign song.

The title track was certified Platinum by RIAJ for 250,000 downloads.
