LOVE&EMOTION VOL.2 is Matsuda Seiko's 35th album and last one released under Universal Music Japan before returning to Sony Music Japan. A first part of the album titled, LOVE&EMOTION VOL.1, was released as her 34th album five months before. It was re-released in 2009 in SHM-CD format, housed in a digipack. The album reached #19 on Oricon charts and charted for 3 weeks, selling 7,270 copies
