Information

MIROTIC is Dong Bang Shin Ki's fourth album. The album was released in four editions in total. A CD Only (A Type) and a CD+DVD (B Type), were released first in September 2008. Two months later the album was re-released as a repackage album in a new CD Only edition (C Type) including four new songs and a re-arranged tracklist.

In January, 2009, due the controversy of "Jumun - MIROTIC" lyrics, a "Clean Version" (a new edition of the repackage album) was released. This version featured the "Jumun - MIROTIC (Clean Version)" song instead the regular one, as well an acoustic version of the song.

The title of the album, MIROTIC, is a new term created by Hero combining the Korean word "Miro" (Maze) and the English suffix "-Tic".

The album was awarded at the "2008 Golden Disk Awards" with the "Best Album of the Year" award. Only three days after it's release, MIROTIC became the best selling album in Korea in 2008 and sold more than 540,000 copies.
