"Natsu Monogatari" is the 18th single released by Ayabie. This was released in four different versions: three different limited editions (A, B, & C) and a regular edition. Limited editions A and B are both CD+DVD versions; they share the same CD tracklisting, but differ in the DVD contents. Limited edition C comes with a deluxe 40 page photobooklet and along with the regular edition, comes with differing B-side songs. The first pressings of the regular edition comes with one randomly chosen out of a possible six dress-up jacket cards. The title song was used as the August opening theme song for NTV's Ongaku Senshi MUSIC FIGHTER. The single reached #10 on the Oricon charts, where it charted for six weeks.
