Necessary is the ninth studio album recorded by Fujita Maiko, and her fifth with a major label. It was released in two versions: a Limited CD+DVD+Goodies Edition that came with a tote bag and a Regular CD Edition. The album reached #39 on the weekly Oricon chart.
