SEIKO MATSUDA COUNT DOWN LIVE PARTY 2005-2006 is Matsuda Seiko's 24th live DVD and 2nd "Count Down" DVD. It was filmed at Osaka Jo Hall on December 31, 2005. The concert was released in Blu-ray format in 2009. The DVD edition reached #53 on Oricon charts and charted for 4 weeks.
