SEIKO MATSUDA COUNT DOWN LIVE PARTY 2006-2007 is Matsuda Seiko's 26th live DVD and 3rd "Count Down" DVD.It was filmed at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on December 31, 2006. The concert was released in Blu-ray format in 2009. The DVD edition reached #35 on Oricon charts and charted for 3 weeks.
