SEIKO MATSUDA COUNT DOWN LIVE PARTY 2008-2009 is Matsuda Seiko's 30th live DVD and 5th "Count Down" DVD. It was filmed at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on December 31, 2008 and counted with Matsuda's daughter SAYAKA as special guest. The concert was released in Blu-ray format five months later. The Blu-ray edition only contain one disc.
