Shinshoku ~lose control~ is L'Arc~en~Ciel's 10th single. It was released on the same day as HONEY and Kasou. Shinshoku ~lose control~ was included on the Japanese soundtrack of the movie Godzilla. It reached #3 on the Oricon charts in its first week and #2 on the second week, and sold 908,530 copies, becoming the #20 single of 1998. It charted for 25 weeks and sold a total of 938,401 copies.
This single was re-released on August 30th 2006, as part of their 15th anniversary campaign. The first press was a picture-label disc.
