These songs are short-interludes recorded by Amuro Namie and her producer Komuro Tetsuya for her debut solo studio album SWEET 19 BLUES. All of these interludes are mixed by Keith Cohen. Although the opening song "watch your step!!" is credited as having no lyrics, Amuro does say the song's title within the four-second song. The next song is "motion" features some gospel vocal samples, are also echoed throughout the album. Half way through the record we have "Interlude ~ Scratch Voices".
