THE STILL LIFE is the ninth studio album released by Hirai Ken. It was released in two versions: a regular edition and a limited CD+DVD edition. The DVD includes music videos and studio live videos of some songs. The song Missionary was used for TOYO TIRES commercials.
The album subsequently was re-released in a CD + DVD and CD + Blu-ray versions which included different footages ie. Ken Hirai 20th Anniversary Special !! Live Tour 2016 concert recorded on 8th May 2016 at Yoyogi 1st Gymnasium and the music video + making clips of Mahoutte Itte Ii Kana? .
