Yakushimaru Etsuko promoting "Venus to Jesus" (2010)

Yakushimaru Etsuko (やくしまるえつこ) is a Japanese pop singer singed to KING RECORDS. She is the vocalist of pop band Soutaiseiriron and TUTU HELVETICA, a special unit formed by her and guitarist Manabe Shuichi of Soutaiseiriron. Yakushimaru is also known for her collaborations with other artists, notably Chikada Haruo, Takahashi Yukihiro and Kuricorder Quartet. In 2009, she debuted as a solo singer under KING RECORDS with the single "Oyasumi Paradox / Jenny wa Gokigen Naname". Currently, not much personal information about her is revealed.
