"Yuki no Furu Machi" is a pop song recorded by Aimer. It first appeared on Aimer's third single "Yuki no Furu Machi / Fuyu no Diamond", and later on her first studio album Sleepless Nights as track #10. The song was used as the ending theme song for the series Ghost Whisperer.
