CRAZY CRAZY ~LIVE & DOCUMENT~ is the fifth DVD (fourth live concert video and documentary) released by J. It includes footage from his December 24th and 25th Christmas show at the Yokohama Blitz show and documentary on his July-August tour. The DVD reached #59 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for two weeks.
