"[[Too Late (Hamasaki Ayumi)|too late]]" was used as the [[CM]] song for HONDA Giorno CREA. The remix "[[End Roll (Hamasaki Ayumi)|End roll "HAL's MIX"]]" was used as the [[CM]] song for Morinaga. There are six variations of the disc including a gold CD and gold cover version. The single reached #1 on the [[Oricon]] charts, it stayed at #1 for a total of three weeks, and spent a total of eighteen weeks on the charts. During its first week the single sold 508,940 copies, and has since sold a total of 1,630,540 copies, making this Ayumi's highest selling single.
