a Day in Our Life is ARASHI's seventh single. a Day in Our Life was used as the theme song for the dorama Kisarazu Cat's Eye, starring Sakurai Sho. The song samples Shounentai's seventh single ABC. It was a limited edition single and the first to be released in the J Storm label. This single reached #1 on the Oricon charts and charted for 11 weeks. It sold 378,050 copies, becoming the #21 single of 2002.
