Abe Natsumi Birthday Live 2012 ~Thanks All~ (安倍なつみ Birthday Live2012 ～thanks all～) is a special birthday concert held by Abe Natsumi on her 31st birthday (August 10th, 2012). Tickets was made available on July 14th and cost 6.800 yen, and the concert was held at SHIBUYA-AX.

The concert DVD was released in September 2012 as a fan club release through the M-Line fan club. The DVD also contain her concert "Abe Natsumi Sparkling Live 2012 ~Big Up!~ " held in June of 2012.
