"Ballad / I LOVE YOU" is the fifth single released by 369. The second A-side, "I LOVE YOU" is a collaboration with Kagami Seira. The single was set to be released as a single A-side single with "I LOVE YOU" as the titled track but was later released as a double A-side single. "Ballad" was used as the theme song for the drama 853 ~Keiji Kamo Shinnosuke~ while "I LOVE YOU" is a CM song for JMS-Car. The single reached #128 on the Oricon weekly chart and charted for one week, selling 544 copies.
