FLASH is the second mini-album released by Crystal Kay. The album features the song "FLASH" used for a CM promoting the Canon IXY Digital and the song "Victoria" used for a Tully's Coffee CM. The album was released in two editions: a CD only regular edition and a limited edition with a DVD containing a performance of "Girlfriend" with BoA from her live DVD Crystal Kay Live in NHK Hall: 10th Anniversary Tour CK10 which was released on the same day that this album.
