GIRLZ N' EFFECT is the second studio album released by Happiness. The album was released in three versions: a CD+DVD edition, a CD+Blu-ray edition, and a CD edition. It features six brand new tracks, including the lead song "Ordinary Girls". Other new songs also included in the album are two solo tracks by member Kawamoto Ruri: "Bright Blue ~Watashi no Ruri-iro~", and ""Dancing In Solitude"". The song "Love Wonderland" was used as the theme song for the new Samantha Thavasa 2016 CM starring Miranda Kerr advertising their [L'Aube Fur] line. "Always" was also used as the theme song for movie Itazura na Kiss THE MOVIE ~ Part1 Haisukuru hen~
