Information

Kyouiku is the first studio album released by Tokyo Jihen. The album was almost completely written by Shiina Ringo, with H Zeddo M writing the melody for "Gunjou Biyori", "Genjitsu ni Oite" and "Service". Shiina chose to maintain orthographic symmetry when translating the song titles to English, and therefore her English song titles are not exact translations. The album reached #2 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 26 weeks. Because it sold 383,815 copies, it became the #33 album of 2005. This album reached #13 on World Charts for album sales.
