Le Couple

Le Couple (ル・クプル) is a Japanese unit that formed in 1990. Once known as a husband and wife music unit, Le Couple began their musical career in 1994 by releasing the single "Umi no Soko de Utau Uta". But, the unit's biggest hit came in 1997 when they released the single "Hidamari no Uta", selling over a million copies.

In 2005, the group went on a hiatus. Two years later, Fujita Emi and Fujita Ryuuji announced that they divorced.
