"Lunatic Tears..." is the eighth single released by Ayane. The title track was used as the opening theme for the PC game 11eyes -Tsumi to Batsu to Aganai no Shoujo-. On the Oricon charts, the single peaked at the 68th weekly position and remained within the top 200 for seven weeks.
