MELODY CIRCUS is the first cover album released by LISA. The album is a collection of acoustic covers of American songs from 1980s. It was released in two versions: a CD+DVD version and a CD only version with the same cover. The DVD featured all of LISA's music videos up until that point as well as two acoustic live clips. The song, "Eternal Flame" was used as the image song for the Japanese release of the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
The album reached #71 on weekly Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of five weeks. In all the album sold a total of 6,700 copies.
