Biography
Seigo Noguchi joined Flame in 2003 after Kyohei Kaneko left. It was also in 2003 that Seigo became a first year student at Meiji University.
Seigo has said in an interview that he wants to go to England and learn British English. He can pick up bits and parts of English conversation to conclude what they're saying, but he is poor in reading, writing, and speaking the language.
