Hamada Akiko (野間亜紀子) also known as Akko, is best known as the bassist for the rock group GO!GO!7188.

Information
In High School she joined a band and that is when she first meet Yuu. The Five girls formed Jellyfish, a JUDY AND MARY cover band. A few years later the band broke up, but Akko and Yuu stuck together.
While in junior college, Akko and Yuu met Turkey "a boy who played drums". They soon started playing together and formed GO!GO!7188.
In October, 2006 she got married.
In between GO!GO!7188 recordings Akko found time to record some solo tracks. In 2003 she released her debut solo album Kirari under her maiden name Akiko Hamada (浜田 亜紀子), She sings the song, writes the lyrics, and composes the music. In 2005 she released another album Aruyode Naiyoude, Arumono.
