northview is the 12th studio album released by MONKEY MAJIK. It was released in 3 versions: a CD+Blu-ray, CD+DVD and a CD only edition. It was the fourth in their "view" series of studio albums. "Golden Road" was used as lead track and accompanying music video was part of Blu-ray/DVD contents, coupling with "Bitten By You" music video, the only single from the album that was previously releasead as digital single. "Please Don't Stop The Music was used as the Honda Cars Tōhoku's Honda Settlement (Don't Stop Honda Cars) commercial song. The album release marked the beginning of their 20th anniversary celebration.
The album reached #23 on the Oricon weekly charts and sold around 1,903 copies.
