"Oto no Nai Sekai / Toki no Bell" is the 22nd single released by My Little Lover and her first one released after moving to the avex sub-label OORONG RECORDS. The song "Oto no Nai Sekai" was used as the TBS special dorama Ai no Gekijou Love Letter theme song, which was broadcasted to commemorate the 40th anniversary of TBS channel, while "Toki no Bell" was used as the CM song for Daihatsu Mira. With 28,524 copies sold it become My Little Lover's highest selling single as a solo artist (akko). It was also My Little Lover's first entry on the Oricon Top 10 since the release of "DESTINY" in 1998.
