"Real Thing Shakes" is the twentieth single released by B'z. The title track was used as a theme song for the TV Tokyo dorama Boku-tachi ni Ki wo Tsukeru. It reached #1 on the weekly and monthly Oricon charts and charted for ten weeks, selling 1,141,000 copies. It reached #12 the yearly Oricon charts for 1996.
