"Scarecrow" is the pillows's 24th single. It was released in two editions, a CD+DVD version and a CD only version. The first presses for both editions come with a sticker. The song was used as the ending song for the anime Moonlight Mile. It was their first release since moving to the avex trax label. The single reached #13 on the Oricon charts, and charted for 5 weeks.
