Shounen Shoujo is trans-gendered Homosexual Diva Nakamura Ataru's 4th major album overall and the 1st under Yamaha Music after her contract with avex expired on early 2010. This is the first time to Nakamura Ataru talk about her past from when her "inside good-girl" started to being born, denouncing to the world how they act when it comes to their present. The album was only released in a CD edition containing her previous released singles "Iede Shoujo" and "Furyou Shounen".
