Takenaka Eri (竹仲絵里) is a Japanese pop singer. She debuted with King Records in 1999 as an indie artist under the stage name mawari, and she used that name for two years until 2001. Already as Takenaka Eri and after the release of a few more indie releases under U's Music, she major debuted in 2004 with the mini-album Akibare Monaural under Columbia Music Entertainment. In 2007 she changed labels once again to YOSHIMOTO R and C.
