"TEPPAN-YAKI -A Collection Of Remixes-" is [[MONDO GROSSO|Shinichi Osawa]]'s first remix compilation album, with the first disc containing remixes from International (Western) artists, while the second disc contains remixes from Japanese artists. Each disc comes with a bonus track from Osawa himself: "EEAA", a new track on the International Artists disc, and "Main Street Electrical Parade [Disneyland®]" on the Japanese artists disc.  The digital overseas release on iTunes and Beatport came with a slightly reworked tracklist on the "International Artists" disc, and selections from the "Japanese Artists" disc were made available exclusively through Beatport.  It peaked at #82 on the Oricon charts and charted for 3 weeks.
