THE LIVING DEAD is the second indie album released by BUMP OF CHICKEN under High Line Records. On April 28th 2004, the album was re-release under the major label TOY'S FACTORY. The original release of the album reached #51 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 51 weeks. The re-release of the album reached #19 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 131 weeks.
