The Soul Extreme EP is the third mini-album (second major label mini-album) released by Fukuhara Miho. It was released in two versions, limited edition including an additional lice CD and regular edition including only the main CD. The song "O2 featuring AI" was used as the TV-show Gout Temps Nouveau theme song, and "STARLIGHT" was used as theme song for the film Onigamiden. The mini-album reached #22 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 7 weeks.
