The Soul Extreme EP II is the fourth mini-album (third major label mini-album) released by Fukuhara Miho. It was released in two versions, limited edition including a bonus DVD and regular edition including the main CD. The mini-album reached #36 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 3 weeks.
