"The Special to KISSME" is U-Kiss's seventh mini-album and a special mini-album dedicate to fan club. The song "Believe" was used as lead track. The song "Te Amo" was previously released digitally on June 1st as a teaser for the mini-album. The song "Believe" is a different version of the Japanese song with same tittle.
