"Uguisu" is the fourth major and sixth overall single released by Suneohair. Like the singles "Over the River" and "Seikou Toutei", this was released at two different dates in two different formats. On April 23rd it was released only in the CCCD format, and about a month and a half later it was re-released in both the CCCD and CCDA formats. The titular track was used as an ending theme song for the TBS broadcasted program Rank Oukoku. The single reached #82 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for four weeks.
