"Valentine STEP" is the first HMV exclusive single released by Aira Mitsuki. This was a limited release having only 2,000 copies, and was simultaneously released with her fourth single "Sayonara TECHNOPOLiS". It was released through D-topia Entertainment's indie sub-label D-topia Independent. The single reached #63 on the major Oricon chart, where it charted for two weeks.
