"Yume no Balloon" is a pop song recorded by Hayashibara Megumi. The song was recorded as a image song for the character Saotome Ranma from Ranma ½ anime. It is the tenth song from the Ranma Nettou Utagassen (Hot Song Contest).
Hayashibara has stated that she sung the song off-key on purpose.

There was a animated music video created for the song "Yume no Balloon", using animation from Ranma ½. It was the tenth video that was released from the Ranma ½ Nettou Utagassen series. The video features scenes with the female version of Saotome Ranma.
