"Zutto" is the second single released by Sako Tomohisa. It was released in three versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD Only edition whose first press came with a special cover artwork and an original T calendar (randomly selected from 3 kinds) and a limited pressing CD Only edition housed in a digipack. The title track was used as the opening theme song for the anime "Kimi to Boku. 2".

The single reached #12 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 4 weeks, selling 9,095 copies.
