"BEAUTY" is the eighth single recorded by Yoshida Minako, and first release with her new label MCA Victor. It marks Yoshida return from her hiatus which started following 1990's gazer, and it is her first single in 13 years. "BEAUTY" was the lead-in single to her 12th studio album EXTREME BEAUTY, which was released a month later. The song was later used in 1996 as the image song for the JR East winter campaign commercial.
