- Information
Kaze no Ongaku ~radiating from an N.G.O~ is the first best album released by LISA. This album was released by LISA's original record label, Tokuma Japan Communications, whom she signed with back in 1993. After the release of two singles, she was dropped from the label. This album is a collection of rare songs recorded during that era in her career. Some of the songs are from live performances taken from her Kaze no Ongaku Live DVD, while others are unreleased studio recordings. Unlike the majority of her music during her later career, the style of music found on this album is soft pop-rock. The album failed to chart on the weekly Oricon chart.
