"Kirari☆" is first of the two debut singles released by TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE. It was released in three versions: a regular CD+DVD edition, a regular CD only edition, and a limited CD+DVD edition exclusive to mu-mo store. First press of the CD+DVD and mu-mo editions include with one of six jacket-sized cards (additionally the CD+DVD includes a making movie on the DVD). First press of the CD Only edition includes an eight-page booklet.
