Rouman Joumyaku-teki Chabangeki is the debut mini-album released by D=OUT. This is the first entry in a two consecutive month mini-album release plan, the second entry being Rouman Doumyaku-teki Chabangeki. Both of these releases are in the CD+DVD only format and also feature the band's first PVs. All of the tracks on the mini-album have been previously released. Track #1 is a new recording of their first other single which also appeared on their debut single "Heisei Bavel". Track #2 is a new recording of the first track from their second single "Shirahata Sengen". Track #3 was the third track from their third single "Barairo no Jinsei". Track #4 is a new recording of the third track from "Heisei Bavel". Track #5 was the second track from "Shirahata Sengen".
