THE TOUR OF MISIA 2004 MARS & ROSES is the seventh video release by MISIA. It contains footage from her concert at the Fukuoka Dome from her first dome tour. After concluding the tour MISIA became the first female solo singer to perform through all the five main domed stadiums in Japan.
The DVD was reissued in December containing only the first DVD.
