"Liberator" is tenth major single (twelfth overall) released by PassCode. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+Blu-ray edition and a regular CD edition. The title track was used as the opening theme for the anime "Omae Gotoki ga Maou ni Kateru to Omou na" to Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou Sareta no de, Outo de Kimama ni Kurashitai. The coupling track "Every time, I knew" was used as the theme for the Pachinko game e Hokuto no Ken 11 Boukyousei.
