Royal Pirates (로얄 파이럿츠) is a Korean-American rock band formed in 2004. They were formerly known as Fading From Dawn however after bassist Richard Kim, Kim Moon Chul's brother, died in 2008 in a car accident Moon Chul and Soo Yoon felt that they could not be Fading From Dawn without him and decided to change the band's name. They officially debuted in 2013 under Apple of the Eye Co..
