"When a person has wings, Is it possible to be be free?"

This is the question behind Tsubasa, the major debut single of Japanese rock band UNDER GRAPH which was released in September of 2004. Due to the airplay and word of mouth, Tsubasa had an unusual climb on the Oricon charts, beginning at the 181st spot then climbing into the top 10 twenty weeks later. This made it the band's highest selling single with the slowest growth. This song was performed on the Japanese program MUSIC STATION twice, and is usually sung as the first encore during concerts. The music clip features the performance of actress Nagasawa Masami. A small image of Matohara's favorite type of car, the pulsar, was printed on the surface of this CD as well as many other future singles and albums.
