"Negai / Birthday Eve" is the third single released by TiA. The title track was as the ending theme for the program TV Oja Manbou. The song Birthday Eve was used as the image song to TV Fuji's Fuji TV Flower Center (which started on September 2004 to March 2005). The single reached #120 on the weekly Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of two weeks.
